Worldmark Long Beach, Long Beach

I had a decent stay overall. The apartment was clean and modern, with a cozy fireplace that added to the comfort. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by noise from the penthouse above. While the location was excellent, the parking situation was quite frustrating, which detracted from the overall value for money.

I recently stayed at this resort and was quite pleased with my experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy daily strolls. The rooms were well-kept and spacious, perfect for my family to relax. The staff was accommodating and always willing to help, although I did find the sales pitch a bit too aggressive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a lot to offer, especially for families looking for a getaway.

The resort has a lovely ambiance with modern updates and superb amenities, yet the service experience left much to be desired. Though the pool and outdoor spaces are great for relaxation, the pushy sales tactics from staff were unsettling and really took away from the overall enjoyment of the stay. Additionally, there were parking issues that were frustrating, especially when promised follow-up from management wasn't delivered.

We had a lovely week at the beach in September. The location was ideal for family activities, and we enjoyed the relaxed vibe of the off-season. While we appreciated the clean and spacious room with a beautiful ocean view, the outdoor pool and hot tub were quite chilly, and the game room could use some attention. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, although some amenities could be improved.
